Account Registration & Management

Withdrawal
- Minimum Withdrawal ৳500।
- Processing is typically completed within 2–24 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
- Bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
- The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. Limits may differ for VIP members.
Warning: Only use accounts registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals. Using someone else's account may result in the transaction being cancelled.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Tk11bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:
- Each bonus can only be claimed once. Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household are not eligible for the same bonus.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance.
- If bonuses are used solely to place low-risk bets (such as betting on both sides simultaneously), tk11bet reserves the right to void the bonus.
- Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
- Tk11bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Wagering Requirement
Wagering refers to the total amount you need to bet before a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 3x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳3,000 in bets.
Betting & Game Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on tk11bet:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, tk11bet reserves the right to void that bet.
- Some bets in live betting may be voided due to latency delays.
- Tk11bet will not settle results for any match or event until the outcome has been officially confirmed.
- The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum bet varies by game.
Special Rules for Casino Games
The following rules apply to Live Casino and slots games:
- Tk11bet is not responsible for any disconnection during a game session.
- RTP (Return to Player) for all games is audited by an independent third party.
- If a technical error is detected in any game, that round will be voided and the stake refunded.
Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
Tk11bet is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all users. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Activities: Use of bots or automated software, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, money laundering, fraud against other members, and exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently suspended without prior notice and the balance may be forfeited. tk11bet reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.
